dc.description.abstractThis internship report is part of the fulfillment of the requirements for the award of a Diploma in Public Health of International Health Science University which is also conducted at the end of my final year. The internship training was done at Pan African Development Education and Advocacy Program organization and the major reason and objective was to expose the student to practical skills, get acquainted with field work, conditions and to acquire practical knowledge. Chapter one, provides information on the areas from where the internship was done like the introduction, background information, mission, vision and objectives of the training. Chapter two, gives the information on the work plan which was followed by the intern during the training period. Chapter three gives information on the tasks done and issues learnt by the intern. Chapter four gives information on the challenges faced during the training, the recommendation to be done, and the general conclusion of the training.en_US
